Italy, INAIL: Technical Assessment of the Safety of Food Machinery

Over the years, the value of information dissemination as an indispensable tool for increasing safety in the workplace has become increasingly apparent.

Starting from the information obtained from the database that INAIL has compiled over the years to years to manage the activity of technical assessment for market surveillance, several technical sheets referring to food machinery have been created in order to create an archive of practical and immediate use both for territorial surveillance bodies and for manufacturers, employers/users and distributors.

The technical sheets collected deal with the main non-conformities found on food machinery, highlighting the constructive solutions considered acceptable with respect to the reference state of the art.
